Biographical Info

Brian Joo, M.D. is a radiologist specializing in Breast Imaging. He is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Â鶹¸ßÇå and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus. Dr. Joo graduated from Harvard University where he earned his B.A. in Biology in 2008. He then received his M.D. at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in 2016.

Following an internship at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, MA, Dr. Joo trained as a resident in Radiology from 2017 to 2021 at Rhode Island Hospital. He then completed his fellowship in Body and Breast Imaging in Radiology from 2021 to 2022 at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell.

Dr. Joo joined the faculty at Â鶹¸ßÇå in July 2022 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology, as a member of Women’s Imaging Division.
