Biographical Info

Maria Grigovich, M.D. is a fellowship-trained radiologist with specialization in Abdominal Imaging. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Â鶹¸ßÇå and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Â鶹¸ßÇå.

Dr. Grigovich graduated from I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University in Moscow, Russia where she earned her M.D. with Honors in 2012. After completing a Radiology residency in Russia in 2014, Dr. Grigovich relocated to the United States. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, she completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA in 2022 where she served as a chief resident and earned the RSNA Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award.

Dr. Grigovich completed a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at New York Presbyterian/Â鶹¸ßÇå in 2023. She joined the faculty at Â鶹¸ßÇå in August 2023 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology and a member of the Body Imaging Division.

Dr. Grigovich has clinical expertise in abdominopelvic imaging. She interprets CT, MRI, radiography, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy studies of the abdomen and pelvis, as well as PET/CT and PET/MRI imaging.

Her clinical and research interests include advanced liver imaging, gynecologic imaging, and sonography, including contrast-enhanced ultrasound.

Dr. Grigovich is actively involved in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students.
